Eternity...Know that You Know

A man had a friend who was opening up a new business. He wanted to do something nice for him, so he sent his friend some flowers. Later that afternoon, the friend called and said, “I really appreciate your jester. It was so kind, but I’m a little confused about the card. The man asked what the card said and his friend told him, “Rest in peace.” He apologized and assured his friend that was not what it was supposed to say. The man called the florist where he had ordered the flowers and he let them have it. The florist said, “Look man, it could have been worse. “ The man asked, “How?” “Somewhere in the cemetery someone has a card that says, “Good luck in your new location.”

Make sure you send the right card, at the right time, to the right place. If there is such a thing as luck (and I don’t believe in luck) when you die your luck runs out.
When you die, your love has run out.
You will never have a chance to tell someone…you love them.
You’ll never have the chance to…call them.
You’ll never have the chance to … hug them.

The Point is:
Love while you can…before one of you leaves, but more importantly, before you die accept Jesus and know that you know where you will spend eternity.

See You Sunday!
