We are thrilled to offer two Learning Centers that are both licensed as class “A” facilities by the State of Louisiana.  One center is located on the Main Campus of Bellaire Baptist Church and the other is located at the Bellaire Complex on our South Campus.

 

CENTER’S PHILOSOPHY:

We offer a Christian, center-based curriculum that has structured learning activities to help develop your child mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially.  The Bible tells us that Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52).

A child learns by doing and experiencing. Children learn through guided exploration and self-discovery. A child's planned and spontaneous play affords opportunities for learning. Play that uses the five senses of sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch cooperates with the way God created children to learn. Available choices in the selection of activities contributes to the child's learning.
Parents are the children's primary teachers and major influence in their lives. Teachers and parents cooperate for teaching to have its optimal effect.

 

ADMISSION:
Children six weeks through 5th grade will be accepted in the center on a space available basis. If space is not available immediately, a child may be placed on a waiting list. If space is available, the parents must complete the following steps for enrollment:

  • Pick up a registration packet from either center
  • Complete all registration forms
  • Provide an immunization record signed by a physician
  • Pay the registration and supply fees:      
    • Registration Fee for Fall  (September- May) $55
    • Supply Fee for Fall (September-May) $60
    • Registration Fee for Summer (June-August) $20
    • Supply Fee for Summer (June- August) $15
