Senior Adults – that word “Senior” sounds pretty ominous, doesn’t it? It makes everyone think we’re all retired, just sitting around talking about the “good ole days” and relaxing on the sofa. Not at Bellaire! We know that being a Senior Adult is just the beginning. In fact, our seniors are some of the most active and involved groups at Bellaire. We love to serve and we love to give (rather than be served or receive from others). It is an amazing, fun season of life, and we want to live it to the fullest! |

BIBLE STUDYSunday morning Bible Study (or as some traditionally call Sunday School) is one of the most important times of the week. It’s a group of friends studying God’s Word, learning, growing and getting to know more about Christ as we follow Him daily. Our groups are taught by experienced, well-qualified teachers, and we have a variety of men’s women’s and coed group from which to choose. |

We have two senior adult groups - Golden Eagles and Silver Eagles. Golden Eagles is our evening group, and Silver Eagles meets during the day for those who do not drive at night or for any of our members that wish to attend. GOLDEN EAGLES Meet the 3rd Friday evening of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Normally, it is a pot luck meal (and we have some great cooks!). There is always a program with a different theme each month. Sometimes we have our meetings away from the church, but that is advertised well in advance. SILVER EAGLES Meet the 2nd Tuesday of each quarter (January, April, July and October). They meet at 11 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall and a light lunch (free) is served. A different program is planned for each meeting. |
