Dear Friends,

We are excited to introduce The Bellaire School of Music. This has been a dream of Dr. Harper’s for many years, and we are excited that his dream will soon become a reality. Our Pastor and our Music staff desire for this to be a vital part of our church and community. Our instructors are accomplished and gifted, and they also have a deep love for the Lord and desire to see each student reach his or her full potential.

SCHOOL OF MUSIC POLICIES

REGISTRATION AND TUITION
-Classes begin: Monday, February 4, 2008
-Lesson Days: Monday - Thursday -- All lessons are in 30 minute increments. (space is limited)
-Registration fee: $20.00 (one time fee)
-Tuition fee: $70.00 (due first lesson of each month)
-Late fee: $5.00 (after the 8th day of the month)
-Make checks payable to Bellaire School of Music
-Returned check fee: $25.00 (after second returned check, cash payments only)

ABSENCE POLICY
-In the event that the instructor has to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled.
-In the event that the student is absent the lesson will be rescheduled if possible.
-Full tuition required even for lessons not attended.

RECOMMENDED AGE -- 6 and up

MATERIALS
Student provides all necessary materials as required by instructor (books not included in fee)

RECITAL
There will be a recital at the end of the year, date to be determined.
